WCMs headquarters is based in Accra and it leverages on its wide network to source cocoa beans from agents operating in the Western South and Western North regions, Ashanti, Eastern, Central and Brong Ahafo Regions of Ghana.
WCM largely exceeds its target quantum of purchases and it envisages such steady growth to strongly place it among the major industry players, over the long-term
Mission
WCM seeks to leverage on its network and technical competence to broker and trade cocoa and other soft commodities from the producers to processors and end users on the global stage, towards maximization of shareholders value while ensuring strong adherence to ethical, regulatory and statutory provisions.

Key Management Short Profile
Appeaning-Santeng Nyarko
Mr. Nyarko has a vast experience in commodities trading and accounting, in a career spanning more than nineteen years. He was the Manager, Accounts at CDH Commodities Ltd., where he had served in various capacities in the accounts department over the period. He holds an Executive MBA in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape coast.
Francis Appiah
Francis Appiah has over eight-years of experience in commodities trading and freight management. He has served in dual capacities in his eight years of experience with CDH Commodities Ltd; firstly, as an operations officer and later as an accounts officer. Francis graduated from the Methodist University College, Accra, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2013. He also obtained an HND in Accounting from the Takoradi Polytechnic in 2009. He is an enterprising professional with strong passion for the commodities industry and its related businesses.
Emmanuel Nene Muange
Mr. Emmanuel Nene Muange is a qualified Agricultural Technical Officer, a professional Agricultural Business Consultant and also holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration-Marketing Option. Emmanuel Muange has over ten years of experience in the production and marketing of fruits and vegetables for both the domestic and international markets.
Paapa Nicholas Indome
Mr. Paapa Nicholas Indome is a Chartered Accountant, he also holds an Msc in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast. Paapa is the technical adviser to the Board of Worldwide Commodities Merchants Ltd. Paapa currently works for Repeak Ltd as Chief Finance Officer.
Stephen Lawer Wodo
Mr. Stephen Lawer Wodo is the Operation Manager of Worldwide Commodities Merchants Ltd. Mr. Wodo holds an MBA from University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape coast. He has several years of progressive experience in Accounting, Banking, financial services, Commodities and investment management. Before joining WCM, Mr. Wodo worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Volta Basin Development Foundation and Lizzziemina Ltd and Alvina Group of Companies.
