Cocoa Buying Services
We offer reliable cocoa buying services in line with COCOBOD standards.
Whether you’re a smallholder farmer or a local agent, we provide a transparent and supportive buying experience at our district and community-level centers.
What we offer:
- Government-approved cocoa prices
- Accurate weighing using calibrated scales
- On-the-spot or next-day payments (cash/mobile money)
Quality Control & Grading
We partner with Quality Control Company (QCC) to inspect every bag of cocoa before it is accepted.
Checks include:
- Bean dryness and moisture level
- Fermentation quality
- Mold and foreign matter removal
- Bag labeling and sealing
We only purchase cocoa that meets export-grade quality, helping Ghana maintain its global cocoa reputation.
Transport & Depot Logistics
Once cocoa is bought and approved, we handle safe transportation to our depots and onward submission to COCOBOD.
Logistics services include:
- Loading and bagging assistance
- Safe, secured trucks to depot
- Inventory tracking of cocoa in transit
- Communication with depot managers and agents
Sustainability & Farmer Support Programs
We go beyond buying — we invest in the people behind the cocoa.
Our sustainability services include:
- Free seedling distribution to registered farmers
- Training sessions on best cocoa practices (shade planting, post-harvest handling)
- Support for traceability and child labour prevention initiatives in partnership with CHED
- Farmer bonuses (when applicable), especially for quality beans and timely delivery
